About the role
As an Inventory Control Clerk at RBR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain management and operations teams. You will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and transacting inventory items, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, committed to providing efficient and effective service.
This is a full-time, on-site position, with regular hours from 9AM to 5PM.
What you'll do
Manage physical and electronic inventory records, including warehouse and kanban locations
Fulfill production order inventory picks by kitting items from the stockroom to the production floor
Conduct regular inventory cycle counts based on ABC classification
Receive incoming raw materials and customer returns by following standard procedures, performing visual validation, and ensuring proper storage
Follow the MRB Procedure to adjust inventory for discrepant, defective, and damaged products
Take corrective measures to prevent inventory discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy
Enter data accurately into internal systems and tools
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in accordance with 5S principles
Job requirements
What you bring
Proven experience in inventory control or inventory management
Knowledge and experience using ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a proactive and objective approach
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching tasks
Nice to haves
Experience working within a Microsoft Dynamics environment, ideally Business Central
Formalized training in inventory management methodologies (APICS or similar)
Working at heights training/certification
Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, specifically material handling with ESD considerations
